Made for Real Life · When the day falls apart by 10 AM
A plan that bends when the day does
Plan for the Energy You Have · Free
Plan for the Energy You Have starts with one question: how full is your tank today? Then you plan one big thing, three medium things and five small ones. On a low day, the list gets smaller instead of you falling behind.
Before you start: You need a piece of paper or a notes app, and five minutes. No account. Free.

Why I built it
My brain doesn't do calendars.
One missed block and the whole day is gone. Then the guilt. Then I'm scrolling.
So I built a planner that asks me one thing first. How full is the tank, 1 to 5? Then it hands me one job. Just one.
Kids home from school? The day gets cut into twenty minute pieces. And when I lose an hour to a call, I don't try to catch up. I take the reading pile instead, the stuff that loves a messy day.
The sharp hour goes to the hard thing, the flat one to the reading pile. Both count.
How you can use it
In the app or on paper
You can do this in the free app, on a piece of paper or in your notes app.
- Check your energy: full, half or low.Do it before you look at the list.
- Write the one big thing. The thing that would make today count.
- Add up to three medium things and five small ones.Stop there, even if more comes to mind.
- When something breaks, move it to the low-energy list. You don’t start over. You pick the next thing.
Tomorrow, check the tank again. The list starts fresh.
