One Page for the Family · Free

One Page for the Family puts this week’s calendar and the lists everyone asks about on one page. Everyone checks the page first.

Before you start: You need a shared note on your phone or a printed page, and twenty minutes. No account. Free.

Why I built it

I had apps for everything, for the kids and for my business. I kept hunting for the right one.

Now there's one front door. One page, one tile for each thing. I start there every time.

The kids each have a card, with the school calendar for the whole year. My phone and my computer show the same page.

One look, and I know what this week needs.

How you can use it

In the app or on the fridge

You can do this in the free app, in a shared note or on a printed page on the fridge.

  1. List what people ask you every week.Where’s my bag? What time is practice? What’s for dinner?
  2. Give each answer one spot.Calendar, meals, chores, school.
  3. Put it on one page and share it.A shared note works. So does a page on the fridge.
  4. Update it on the same day each week.Sunday works for a lot of families.

When someone asks the same thing twice, give the answer a spot on the page.
